That was the last day of my last trip to the Masai Mara. We had finally met the cubs of this pride of lions, which we had already tried to find several times. We had almost 2 hours to observe the family, consisting of the mother and two cubs. After the little ones had played extensively with their mother, they set off to explore the immediate area. Our vehicle was positioned slightly below the scene so I could take this spectacular portrait of the cub posing on a rock formation.
