Anemonefish have fascinated me since I was a child! It's always amazing to me to see how brave these little fish are - when you approach an anemone as a diver, they immediately swim towards you and try to protect the anemone, even though a diver is certainly 100 times bigger than them. This motive was particularly interesting because it was a copper anemone - with a beautiful reddish color.
Diving and especially taking photos in this special situation wasn't easy for me because we had current. My strategy was to first swim against the current so that I was about 10 meters away from the anemone, and then let the current push me back so that I had my arms free to operate my camera.
